【摘要】 目的　了解虎门镇渔民的高血压患病率及相关危险因素。方法　对 10 0 0名渔民进行血压及相关因素调查 ,然后进行统计学处理及临床分析。结果　按JNC -VI标准 ,虎门镇渔民的标化高血压患病率为 16 .5 5 % ,高血压渔民的靶器官损害检出率为 5 9.4 % .其中心 >肾 >脑 (P <0 0 1)。结论　虎门镇渔民高血压患病率高于全国水平 ,超体重 ,烟酒 ,饮食过咸 ,和精神紧张等都是渔民高血压危险因素 ,要提高渔民对高血压的认识 ,从控制危险因素开始防治高血压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the hypertension prevalence rate and risk factors in fishermen in Humen town. Methods 1000 fishermen were investigated including their blood pressure and relevant factors, and then analysed the collected data. Results According to JNC Ⅵ report,the standardized prevalence rate of hypertension was 16.55%. 59.4% fishrmen with hypertension had damaged target organs, among them, heart>kidney>brain. Conclusion The standardized prevalence of hypertension of fishermen in Humen town was higher than the average level in China. Overweight, smoking, drinking,mental stress are risk factors.更多还原
