【摘要】 目的　了解城乡学龄儿童行为问题现况及影响因素。方法　采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL)和自拟的儿童行为问题影响因素问卷 ,对 196 1名城乡 7～ 12岁学龄儿童进行行为评价。结果　城乡学龄儿童行为问题检出率分别为 11 37%和 19 2 6 % ,两组间有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。单因素和多因素分析表明 ,儿童行为问题的主要影响因素有婴幼儿期疾病、学前是否寄养、母孕期不良因素、父母婚姻关系、亲子关系。结论　学龄儿童行为问题的发生是多种因素相互作用的结果 ,应采取综合干预措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore behavior problems and influencing factors of school age children in urban and rural areas.Methods Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)and self made questionnaire of influencing factors were applied to investigate 1961 school age children aged 7-12.Results The prevalence of behavior problems of school age children in urban and rural areas were 11\^37% and 19\^26% respectively,significantly different (P<0 01) .The main risk factors of child behavior problem were child’s illness before school,kinship care,the condition of pregnancy,parents’ relationship,parent child relationship.Conclusion A multi factorial model of behavior problems existed in children,and multiple intervention approaches were necessary for prevention and treatment of behavior problems in children.更多还原
