【摘要】 侦查学作为一门独立学科已经得到认同。但由于种种原因,侦查学的基础理论研究工作还较为薄弱,以至在一些重大理论问题上学术界还存在着很大的分歧。本文拟就侦查学研究领域里颇有争议的学科名称、学科研究对象、学科体系及学科性质问题进行阐述,以期引起侦查学理论界更加深入的讨论和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation science has been acknowledged as an independent subject, but its fundamental theoretical research is still rather weak due to various reasons , thus major divergences concerning some significant theoretical issues still exist in the academic cirde.
