旋毛虫各隔离种对低温耐受性的研究

【摘要】 用来自哈尔滨地区猪、犬体内的旋毛虫和国际标准虫株旋毛形线虫(Trichinellaspiralis)、本地毛形线虫(Trichinellanativa)同时感染猪 ,在 -22℃和 -32℃条件下对感染了各旋毛虫的猪肉进行冷冻性试验 ,结果表明 :哈尔滨地区猪旋毛虫和T.spiralis不耐低温 ,-32℃冷冻12h,-22℃冷冻48h全部死亡 ;而犬旋毛和T.nativa对低温抵抗力较强,-32℃、72h ,-22℃、168h才全部死亡

【Abstract】 Pigs were infected respectively with Trichinella sp. isolated from pigs and dogs in Harbin areas and the international reference strains of T. spiralis and T. nativa. Trichinella infected pork was experimentally stored at -22℃ and -32℃ respectively. It was shown that Trichinella sui from Harbin area and T. spiralis did not tolerate low temperature, the organisms all died at -32℃ for 12 hours and -22℃ for 48 hours and T. canine and T. nativa had a stronger tolerance to low temperature,the organisms died at -32℃ for 72 hours and at -22℃ for 168 hours.
