中储式制粉系统综合治理

【摘要】 针对山东十里泉电厂125MW、300MW机组存在的制粉单耗高等一系列问题,在保证系统安全性的基础上提出设备综合治理方案,并将优化运行方式、综合考评方法等综合在专家系统中,首次提出“制粉系统综合因子”来评价制粉系统的经济性。通过对设备综合治理及专家系统的投入,该电厂制粉系统节能效果显著。

【Abstract】 There were such as high power consumption of pulverized coal preparation etc.a series of problems existing on the125MW and300MW generating units in Shandong Shiliquan Power Plant.On the basis of ensuring the safety of system,the comprehen-sive improvement programme of equipment was put forward,and the optimization of operation mode and comprehensive examination and appraisal etc.were synthesized into expert system,to adopt "comprehensive factor of pulverized coal preparation system"to evaluate the economics of pulverized coal preparation system was first put forward.Since the equipment was comprehensively im-proved and the expert system was commissioned,the energy-saving benefit of the pulverized coal preparation system of the power plant has been significant.
