供热机组测功法甩负荷试验

【摘要】 机组在供热工况下进行常规法甩负荷有很多风险,一般极少采用。通过对北京京能热电股份有限公司供热机组进行供热工况测功法甩负荷试验,介绍供热机组供热工况测功法甩负荷试验方法,对测功法换算飞升曲线的误差采用简易可行的修正,从理论上对供热机组供热工况测功法和常规法甩负荷时转速飞升作了对比性分析,为供热机组供热工况常规法甩负荷试验奠定了理论和实践上的依据。

【Abstract】 Conventional load-rejection testing is seldom used for heat supply turbo-generator unit in heat supply condition,since there are risks existing during testing.With the load-rejection testing using dynamometry carried out on the No.3heat supply turbo-generator unit of Beijing Jingneng Cogeneration Corp.in heat supply condition as example,this article introduces the load-rejection testing method of heat supply unit in heat supply condition using dynamometry.The error of conversion from dynamometry to flying-up curve is corrected using practical simplified method,the contrast-analysis of rotating speed flying-up during load-rejection testing of heat supply unit in heat supply condition using dynamometry and using conventional method is carried out theoretically,which lays the theoretical and practical basis for load-rejection testing of heat supply unit in heat supply condition using conventional method.
