管内综合热力性能分析一般化方程的建立及应用

【摘要】 该文针对强化换热元件的综合热力性能分析和评价问题,基于局域平衡热力系统热质传递过程熵产分析普遍化方程,建立了一般意义下统一的管内综合热力性能分析和评价方程,并以管内强化传热介绍了其应用。结果表明该方法物理意义明确,简单易用,不仅可通过参数分析获得各种强化方式的能量综合利用效果,而且还可确定合理的流动工况参数、结构参数和合理的强化形式。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the analysis and evaluation ofcomprehensive thermodynamic performance of a heat transfer enhancement element, a unified method is developed based on a general entropy generation equation for the working medium transfer-process in local equilibrium system, and a equation for analyzing and evaluating inside-tube comprehensive thermal performance is established, and applied to inside-tube heattransfer enhancement to show its procedures of application. The results show that the method possesses itself several advantages: first all it has a clear physical meaning, and then very simple to use, moreover, it can get not only different modes for the effect of comprehensive energy utility of enhancement, but also the determination of the reasonable flow parameters, structuralparameters and the reasonable form for enhancement.
