高温下Cr的氧化动力学研究
A STUDY OF OXIDATION DYNAMICS OF CHROMIUM AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 煤粉锅炉有毒痕量元素及其化合物的排放的危害性越来越被人们所关注,元素Cr是其中之一,其毒性与其价态有很大关系。六价铬是一种致癌物质,其毒性远远高于二价铬和三价铬。为了了解燃烧过程中Cr的反应产物及浓度与时间的关系,就必须了解Cr的反应动力学机理,发展Cr的动力学模型并且运用到实际燃烧系统上。该文提出了Cr/O2。系统内一个简单的氧化动力学模型,并且与热力学平衡计算相比较,其结果是一致的。在低温下,Cr2O3是主要的产物,而随着温度的升高,开始生成CrO 2和CrO3;在高温下,CrO3成为主要产物。此外为了更真实反映实际燃烧系统的组成状况,文中对Cr/O2/H2系统也进行了热力学平衡计算。
【Abstract】 The harmfulness of the toxic trace elements and their compounds emitted from coal-fired boilers takes more and more attentions by the society.Cr is one of such elements,its toxic is dependent on its valence,it is known that Cr(6+) is a carcinogen and it is more toxic than the forms of the Cr(2+) and Cr(3+) . So,it is needed to know Cr reaction dynamic mechanism,to build the Cr dynamic model and apply it to the real combustion system.A simple model inside Cr/O2 is put forward and compared its result with that calculated based on the thermodynamic balance.It is shown that two results are consistent well.Under low temperature, Cr2O3 is the main product,and with the increase of temperature, CrO2 and CrO3 start to generate,and under high temperature, CrO3becomes the main product. Besides,in order to reflect the real combustion system, Cr/O2/H2 system is also calculated by using thermodynamic balance.
