【摘要】 目的 :探讨自由臂三维超声成像评价甲状腺腺瘤囊性变的临床应用价值。方法 :本文采用自由臂三维超声成像方法对 2 1例患者的 2 3个甲状腺腺瘤囊性变结节进行了三维图像重建。结果 :甲状腺囊腺瘤囊性变的液性区内表面形态均可立体显示。结论 :自由臂三维超声对甲状腺腺瘤囊性变的成像是可行的 ,可提供二维超声图像不能提供的形态学信息更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the value of clinical application of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging with free-hand in cystic changes of thyroid adenoma.Methods:Two dimensional ultrasound images scanned with free-hand were reconstructed stereoscopically of 23 masses of 21 patients with thyroid adenoma.Results:The internal surface morphology of all cystic changes in thyroid adenoma could be three dimentionally demonstrated.Conclusions:Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging with free-hand for evaluating the cystic changes in the thyroid adenoma is feasible, and provides morphologic information unattainable through two dimensional ultrasound.更多还原
