【摘要】 目的 :应用超声心动图探讨正常人运动试验中出现高血压反应的意义。方法 :以活动平板运动试验中是否出现高血压反应 ,将 14 4例正常人分为高血压反应组 (5 5例 )和血压反应正常组 (89例 ) ,应用超声心动图检测左心房和左心室变化指标。结果 :高血压反应组左心房内径与血压反应正常组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (34.18±6 .0 6比 30 .39± 3.72 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,高血压反应组有 2 9%左心房内径高于正常值 ,左心房内径与最大运动量时收缩压显著相关 (r=0 .833,P<0 .0 0 1)结论 :正常人运动中出现的高血压反应与左心房扩大有关 ,运动高血压反应可能是高血压病的早期表现更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of exaggerated blood pressure (BP) response to exercise in normotensive subjects using echocardiography.Methods:One hundred and forty four normotensive cases were divided into two groups, exaggerated BP(55 cases) and normal BP (89 cases) based on different exaggerated BP to treadmill exercise test.Exaggerated exercise BP response was defined as peak exercise systolic BP (peak SBP)≥200mmHg and/or peak exercise diastolic BP(peak DBP)≥95mmHg.Left atrial and left ventricular geometries were measured using echocardiography.Results:Left atrial diameter(LAd) in the exaggerated BP group were significantly higher than those of normal BP group (34 18±6 06 vs30 39±3 72, P <0 001).In 29% of exaggerated group,the values of left atrial diameter(LAD)were higher than normal value.There were excellent correlations between LAd and peak SBP ( r =0 833, P <0 001).Conclusions:In normotensive subjects,an exaggerated blood pressure response to exercise may be related to left atrial enlargement,as the early manifestion of essential hypertension.更多还原
