【摘要】 目的 :探讨精神分裂症患者的大脑血流特点。方法 :应用经颅多普勒超声血流分析仪 (TCD)对 5 0 6名患者进行大脑血管血流测定 ,并与正常组进行对照比较分析。结果 :精神分裂症的 TCD血流异常占 5 5 .5 3%。基动脉的 Vs、 Vd,左大脑中动脉的 Vs,两侧大脑后动脉的 Vd增高 ;两侧椎动脉的 Vs,左大脑前动脉的 Vs、 Vd,右大脑前动脉的 Vs和两侧大脑后动脉的 Vs减低。结论 :精神分裂症的脑血流有异常 ,脑营养代谢药物的使用可能有助于此病的康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cerebral blood flow features with schizophrenic patients.Methods:Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography was performed on 506 schizophrenics and 135 control subjects to detect the velocity of cerebral blood flow.Results:The abnormal rate of TCD in schizophrenics was 55 53%.Vs and Vd of basilar artery,Vs of left middle cerebral artery and Vd of posterior cerebral artery were increased.Vs of vertebral artery,Vs and Vd of left anterior cerebral artery,Vs of right anterior cerebral artery and Vs of posterior cerebral artery were decreased.Conclusions:There is abnormal cerebral blood flow in schizophrenics.To use the cerebral metabolism drug may help to get rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.更多还原
