【摘要】 目的 :探讨前列腺增生的经直肠彩色多普勒超声特征。方法 :对 119例患者经直肠超声检查前列腺 ,测量大小 ,以重量为标准 ,分五组 :≤ 2 0 g,2 0～ 2 5 g,2 6～ 5 0 g,5 1～ 75 g,≥ 76 g。观察尿道前列腺动脉 ,测量其内径、最大血流速度 (Vmax)、最小血流速度 (Vmin)、平均血流速度 (TAMX)、阻力指数 (RI)、脉动指数 (PI) ,并测量与其伴行的静脉的内径和血流速度。进行统计学处理。结果 :尿道前列腺动脉的参数除最小血流速度 (Vmin)外 ,五组内、各组之间均有统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并与重量呈直线正相关。静脉的内径和血流速度五组没有差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,与重量亦无直线相关性。结论 :经直肠彩色多普勒超声可显示尿道前列腺动脉 ,增生时内径增宽 ,血流速度增快 ,血供增加 ,血管阻力增大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the characteristics of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) examined with transrectal color Doppler ultrasound.Methods:119 patients were investigated with color Doppler US transrectally. They were divided into five groups:≤20g,20-25g,26-50g,51-75g,≥76g.The measured parameters of the urethral artery of prostate were the inner diameter,the velocity of maximum,minimum,mean(Vmax,Vmin,TAMX) , Resistance index(RI) and Pulsatility index(PI), The parameters of the urethra vein were the diameter and the velocity.Then they were analyzed in statistics.Results:The parameter of the urethra artery of prostate,except the velocity of minimum(Vmin) and the parameter of the vein,were significant(P<0 05). Linear correlation analysis showed the correlation of Vmax,TAMX,RI and PI was significant.Conclusions:Transrectal color Doppler US can depict the urethra artery.The velocity of urethra arteries of benign prostatic hyperplasia was higher than that of normal prostate ,It’s diameter was wider too . It is in a state of high flow volume and high resistance.更多还原
