【摘要】 目的 :分析心脏瓣膜血性囊肿的超声特征。方法 :应用经胸超声心动图 (TTE)和经食管超声心动图(TEE)检测 6例心脏瓣膜血性囊肿患者 ,其中 3例与手术结果对照。结果 :超声心动图显示位于心脏瓣膜上的血性囊肿呈“灯泡状”,随瓣膜上下运动 ,超声心动图测量的囊肿大小与手术结果非常接近。结论 :TTE以及 TEE可以准确地诊断心脏瓣膜血性囊肿更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate ultrasonographic manifestations of blood cysts on cardiac valves by TTE and TEE.Methods:Six cases of blood cysts on cardiac valves were tested by transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography(i.e TTE.and TEE).Three of them were operated upon.Results:The ultrasonographic manifestations of blood cysts like a "bulb" shape on cardiac valves ,and it moves with the valves.The size of blood valves measured by echo is the same as measured in operation.Conclusions:The cardiac valves blood cyst can be diagnosed by TTE and TEE.更多还原
