体外不同频率高强度聚焦超声的生物学焦域
Biological Focal Region in Vitro Induced by Different frequency of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound
【摘要】 目的 :探讨 HIFU体外不同频率的工作探头定位损伤牛肝组织的生物学焦域的定量关系。方法 :频率为 1.0 MHz及 1.6 MHz探头在相同输出功率时 ,定位损伤同一深度新鲜离体牛肝 ,测量并比较损伤灶的体积。结果 :随着辐照时间的延长 ,HIFU生物学焦域体积增加 ;1.0 MHz探头的 EEF大于 1.6 MHz探头的 EEF。结论 :在辐照深度相同时 ,1.6 MHz探头比 1.0 MHz探头的治疗效率更高。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore biological focal region in calf liver quantitatively while exposed to ultrasound with frequency series Methods:In the same depth of calf liver was irradiated by ultrasound with a frequency of 1 0MHz and 1 6MHz respectively, at same output power Volume of necrosis was determined and compared Results:Volume of focal region were increased with elongation of duration , compared focal necrosis ascribed to 1 6MHz, those resulted from 1 0MHz were enlarged Conclusions:Efficacy of ablation with 1 6MHz was higher than that with 1 0MHz , while focuses where equal in depth
