【摘要】 目的 :探讨脉络膜脱离的声像图特点及临床意义。方法 :超声探测球内 ,观察脉络膜脱离程度、分型并与病理对照分析。结果 :脉络膜脱离声像图表现有 5种类型 ,超声诊断符合率达 88% (15 / 17例 )。结论 :超声诊断脉络膜脱离符合率高 ,声像图特点突出 ,并能指导临床治疗及观察疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study sonographic features of choriod detachment and their clinical significance.Methods:Observe and analyse chorioid detachment using ultrasonography,then compare the obervation with pathologic results.Results:There are five types of sonograhic features.the diagnostic correct rate is 88% (15/17).Conclusions:With the definite sonographic features,ultrasonography has high diagnostic correct rate.It can direct clinical treatment as well as observe the follow up treatment effects.更多还原
