【摘要】 目的 :利用扩大换能器超声汇聚角方法克服 HIFU皮肤疼痛感觉。方法 :在确定人体表皮肤痛阈值前提下 ,扩大换能器的汇聚角 ,并通过实测验证焦点温度达到 70°～ 1 0 0℃前提下测定皮肤承载声强值。在该值低于痛阈值前提下 ,再通过临床验证。结果 :全国 40个医院 2 1 92例 1 2 0 56次治疗 ,在靶皮矩 2～ 1 5cm深度无一例发生皮肤疼痛感觉。结论 :在保证焦点治疗温度达 70°～ 1 0 0℃条件下 ,扩大换能器汇聚角可以有效地克服 HIFU治疗皮肤疼痛并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Look for a method for avoidance pain complication in HIFU.Methods:First to determine skins pain threshold and by methods of expanding ultrasounds converge angle of energy transformer to reduced acoustic intensity on the skin,and so make it less than pain threshold.After that,made clinical treatment to inspect it.Results:Total 40 hospitals 2192 cases,12056 times proved 100% patients didnt occur pain complication.Conclusions:Avoidance of pain complication with HIFU is probable,when temperature within focus area arrive 70°～100℃?更多还原
