【摘要】 通过综合分析我国贫困人口现状、结构特征、贫困原因,探讨贫困产生的个人与社会根源;重点对贫困人口的健康状况、对卫生服务的需要、需求与利用现状,以及对影响贫困人口卫生服务利用的各种因素进行了多因素逻辑回归分析。筛选出贫困人口的收入、支出状况、合作医疗制度、劳动能力的丧失情况等因素对贫困人口的卫生服务利用有着明显的影响。同时就贫困人口卫生服务的公平性问题进行了系统分析。在论述建立贫困人口健康保障制度重要意义的基础上,提出了建立中国贫困人口健康保障制度的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The autfcor conducts a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and structure of the poorest population, and the underlying causes of its poverty. Author focuses analysis on the poorest people s health status,health need! demand and utilization of health services. After conducting multi-factoral Logistics analysis on the factors influencing its utilization, author finds out: income, expenditure, cooperative medical scheme, the severity of their labor loss and other factors that exert strongest impact. Besides, the author conducts systematic analysis on the equity issues related to the health status,financing,utilization of health services by the poorest people. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the importance of establishing a nation-wide health security system for the poor, the author puts forward the relevant policy proposals for this scheme.更多还原
