【摘要】 根据《卫生部关于2005年城市社区卫生服务发展目标的意见》,初步制定出2005年城市社区卫生服务发展目标评价方案。通过研究并经专家讨论咨询,初步确定了12项指标,作出指标解释,并提出评价目的、评价对象以及评价的公平性上应注意的问题,以有利于进一步研究,使评价方案更加完善、科学。更多还原

【Abstract】 According as the opinion of the Health Ministry about development target of urban community health service by 2005, primary evaluation project to the development target is set down.
