【摘要】 在调查研究锡林郭勒盟退化草地现状和草地畜牧业生产中主要问题的基础上 ,遵循西部大开发“以改善生态环境为核心”的战略方针 ;主张有效地加速治理退化草地 ,摒弃“头数畜牧业”传统观念和做法 ,提倡草地畜牧业生产的集约化经营方式。为此 ,初步提出治理退化草地和促进草地畜牧业生产持续发展的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of grassland degradation and the main problems in grassland animal husbandry production,the strategies were put forwards as follows:accelerating to prevent degraded grassland,giving off the old idea of increasing livestock numbers and carrying out intensive management of grassland production with the direction of policy on improving ecological environment in the western parts of China.At last the main measures to prevent the degraded grassland and to develop grassland husbandry production sustainably were put forwards.更多还原
