【摘要】 目的 :探讨抚触对正常婴儿神经精神及体格发育的影响。方法 :采用北京 GESEL L评定量表对 2 8例抚触婴儿及 37例未抚触婴儿进行测评 ,对比两组婴儿适应性、大动作、精细动作、语言、个人—社交 5个能区的差异 ;测量两组婴儿身长、体重 ,进行对比研究。结果 :抚触组婴儿在适应性、语言、个人—社交 3个能区的发育商优于未抚触组 ,两者有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,大动作和精细动作 2个能区的发育商也高于对照组 ,但无显著性差异 ;身长和体重两者无显著性差异。结论 :抚触对婴儿的神经精神发育有明显的促进作用 ,且对婴儿早期神经精神发育的影响比对体格发育的影响更明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Probe to the influence of touches on nerve and spirit and growth of normal infant. Methods; Adoption Peking GESELL assessment table to assess 28 cases of infants touched and 37 cases of infants not- touched, compared the difference of adaptability, big actions, fine action, language, individual-Social intercourse 5 areas between the dual groups, measure their height, heavy, make the control research. Results:The growth quality in adaptability , language, individual-social intercourse three areas of infants touched are better than those of infants non-touched . There is significant difference (P<0.05), the growth quality in big actions and fine actions are also higher than the control group, but there is not significant difference, the height and heavy have not significant difference between the both groups. Conclusion: Touches can promote the growth of nerve and spirit of infant evidently, and the influence of early nerve and spirit growth is more evident than the influence on physical stature growth更多还原
