【摘要】 知识产权在WTO中与货物贸易、服务贸易一起构成WTO的三大支柱,如何保护知识产权是WTO规则的重要内容。加强打击知识产权犯罪,是摆在公安机关面前的一项重要任务。

【Abstract】 The protection of intellectual property is one of the key contents of WTO rules. It is an important task for thepublic security organs to fight against the infringements of intellectual property.
