【摘要】 目的　探讨肺结核患者心理健康状况对治疗依从性的影响。方法　采用SCL - 90症状自评量表对结核病人心理状况进行测评 ,同时评价患者对抗结核治疗的依从性 ,进行总结、统计、分析。结果　对 70例痰涂片阳性肺结核患者进行测试 ,有明显心理障碍且治疗依从性差者 2 8人。经心理和抗精神失常药治疗后 ,治疗依从性明显改善。结论　肺结核患者普遍存在心理障碍 ,治疗依从性与心理障碍有显著相关性。针对不同的心理障碍给予相应的治疗 ,能明显改善治疗依从性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychologic situation of pulmonary TB patients on the compliance in chemotherapy. Methods To measure and evaluate the pulmonary TB patients’ psychologic situation by means of SCL-90. Meanwhile, the compliance of the pulmonary TB patients was also appraised through analysing and summing up the statistic. Results We tested 70 cases of smear positive pulmonary TB, 28 cases of which proved to be poor compliance as well as mentaly disordered, and the compliance was better after receiving the treatment of both psychologic service and drug. Conclusion The mental disorder was commonly existed among the pulmonary TB patients, and there was found the close connection between the compliance in treatment and mental disorder. To implement the corresponding treatment in accordance with different mental disorder will greatly improve the compliance.更多还原
