整合涂层的仿生设计及其性能

【摘要】 对整合涂层的设计进行了研究 ,分析了不同涂层结构的机械力学性能 ,计算结果表明 ,夹心面包式的仿生涂层比梯度涂层的性能好 .对不同晶体结构材料的计算和分析结果解释了海螺、蛤蜊等生物体的高强度整合的优越性 ,说明了表面摩擦力对涂层体系的应力分布有显著影响 .并对微机械中整合涂层的应用进行了讨论

【Abstract】 Bionic coatings have wonderful mechanical properties, and are used in micro\|electronic\|mechanical systems (MEMS). The authors have studied the design process and performances of some bionic coatings in their mimicking of the bamboo structure and conch shell system. The mechanical properties of different integrated coatings and gradient coatings were analyzed, and the stress fields for different coating systems were obtained using a finite element method. The results of numerical calculation showed that the integrated coating structure has advantages over the gradient layer system; and that the surface friction has significant influence on the stress field for both integrated coatings and gradient coatings. The advantages of conch shell and trough shell were exploited to design the thin films for the MEMS units. The prospects of bionic coatings are discussed.
