PC在XAFS光束线真空控制系统改造中的应用
【摘要】 国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)现已装备一台6 Tesla单周期超导Wiggler,把合肥同步辐射光源的可用范围从VUV延伸到X射线,以满足部分X射线用户的实验要求。Wiggler光源将引出三条光束线:现已建成并运行了的XAFS(X-ray absorption fine structure)光束线,正在建设的X射线衍射和散射光束线和LIGA光束线。本文主要介绍XAFS光束线实验站的真空控制系统及可编程控制器PC(Programmable Controller)在该控制系统改造中的应用。
【Abstract】 The dedicated electron storage ring of 0.8 Gev at NSRL was constructed mainly for the ul-traviolet photons. To meetthe.requirements of X-ray users, NSRL has equipped with a 6 Tesla single periodsuperconducting wiggler. XAFS beamline is one of the three beamlines(the others are X-ray macromoleculaxcrystallography and LIGA beamlines). The paper introduces the vacuum control system for XAFS beamline andthe application of PC in the innovation on the vacuum control system of XAFS beamline.
