【Abstract】 This paper introduces master -slave mode phonic processing system,whic h uses the TMS320C203chip of TI as the kernel chip and 89C2051single-chip microcomputer of ATMEL as the master processor.The system structure and performance is also given.It presents speech compression algorithm implemented by High Energ y Wave Extraction.It also gives out hardware interface and software structure .更多还原
