【摘要】 目的　探讨新生儿出生季节对碘营养状况正常的新生儿脐带血促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平的影响 ,为建立适合我国国情的新生儿 TSH正常值范围提供依据。方法　在湖北省碘营养状况良好的 3个市区 ,历时 1年采集新生儿脐带血 6 4 9份 ,使用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)测定 TSH值。结果　新生儿 TSH中位数 3.4 4 6 m U/L,97%分位值为 11.96 4 m U/ L,>5 m U/ L 的比例为 2 5 .4 % ,且春、夏、秋、冬 4个季节之间差异有显著性意义。结论　在碘营养状况良好的环境下 ,新生儿出生季节是影响脐带血 TSH值高低的因素之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of different birth seasons of neonate on TSH level of cord blood at good condition of iodine nutrition, and to supply with scientific evidence for establishing a normal value scope of neonatal TSH suitable for our country.Methods Six hundred and forty nine specimens of neonatal cord blood born from January through December are collected in three cities of Hubei, and detected with ELISA.Results The median of neonatal TSH is 3.415 mU/L, P97 is 11.964 mU/L, and 25.4% of neonatal TSH is more than 5 mU/L.P97 of TSH varies with different seasons, and the differences are very significant.Conclusions Birth season is one of the factors affecting TSH of neonatal cord blood at good condition of iodine nutrition.更多还原
