氟骨症患者骨骼变形与营养关系的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨氟骨症患者骨骼的改变与营养因素的关系。方法 对营养条件不同的 3个氟中毒重病区进行营养与氟骨症骨骼变形的流行病学调查。结果 河北省的北城子、东井集和天津的东郊各种食品每日每人摄入量分别为 72 6 .1,993.7,12 74 .1g。其中肉蛋类分别为 2 .7,30 .3,79.7g,北城子和东井集每人每日蛋白质、钙及维生素摄入量均显著低于国家标准 ,而东郊显著高于国家标准。北城子氟骨症骨骼变形患者为 35 .5 % ,东井集为 2 9.3% ,显著高于东郊的 7.0 %。北城子、东井集低血钙和低蛋白者及 X线软化型患者均显著高于营养好的东郊。结论 氟骨症骨骼变形与营养缺乏有密切关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relation between skeleton distortion and nutrition.Methods The skeletal fluorosis sufferers in three serious fluorosis areas in which nutrition level are different were investigated.Results The daily intake of various foods in Beichengzi, Dongjingji and Dongjiak are respectively 726.1,993.7 and 1 274.1 g, of which the egg and meat are separately 2.7,30.3 and 79.7 g. The daily intake of protein, calcium and vitamin in Beichengzi, and Dongjingji are significantly lower than the national standard level.The rate of skeletal fluorosis is 35.5% in Beichengzi and 29.3% in Dongjingji, which are much higher than 7.0% in Dongjiao. The sufferers of hypocalcemia, low protein and malacosteon in Beichengzi and Dongjingji are much more than that in Dongjiao where is well fed.Conclusions The skeleton distortion of fluorosis is closely related to the lack of nutrition.
