【摘要】 目的　观察中老年人手指骨骨膜增生的形态、性质和特点。方法　在我国中东部 13个省的 18个点区对 35岁以上自愿受检者 14 77例拍右手 X线片 ,观察指骨骨膜增生的形态、部位及发生频率。结果　判认有骨膜增生者 379例 ,检出率 2 5 .6 % ;常见有 4种形态多发于食、中、环、小各指近节 ;男性多于女性 ;检出率随年龄增加而增高 ;地区间检出率差异明显 ,大骨节 (KBD)病区检出率 6 2 .9% ,东南沿海地区接近或低于 15 .0 % ;骨关节病 (OA)者检出率达 81.1%。结论　指骨的骨膜增生可视为 OA(含成人 KBD)的 X线基本表现之一 ,但不宜单独使用 ,需注意鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the periosteal proliferation in hands and its morphology, nature and characteristics of middle aged and elder people.Methods Volunteers of 1477 aged 35 and above in 18 spots of 13 provinces in mid eastern parts of China were X rayed on their right hands.Results Three hundred and seventy nine people were diagnosed as periosteal proliferation among the 1 477 volunteers; the positive rate is 25.6%.The 4 common morphologies are frenquently seen on proximal joints of forefinger middle ring and little fingers. Men are higher than women on the detection rate. The rate increases as the ages of people grow. Big difference of the rate exist among municipal districts; the rate among KBD areas is 62.9%; among southeastern coastal areas is near or lower than 15%, and the rate for OA is reached 81.1%.Conclusions Periosteal proliferation reported in this paper could be treated as one of the basic manifestation by X ray of OA (including adults KBD); but can not be used alone.
