【摘要】 目的 掌握甘肃省消除碘缺乏病（简称IDD）工作进程,了解防治工作中存在的问题,制定下世纪初实现消除IDD的防治规划。方法 按照国家《实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案》规定的方法进行抽样、评估和结论判定。结果 全省共有87个县级单位自查评估。实现消除IDD阶段目标的县25个,占28.7％;基本实现消除IDD阶段目标的县10个,占11.5％;未实现消除IDD阶段目标的县52个,占59.8％。未实现的原因主要是居民合格碘盐食用率未达到消除标准。结论 我省目前尚未实现消除IDD的阶段目标,但经过努力,可在较短时期内实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve Acquire the process of ellimination Iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) in Gansu ,to find out questions and make out the plan of ellimination IDD at the beginning of 21st century. Methods According to national evaluation plan of ellimination IDD,s stage aim ,took a sample,carried out evaluation and draw a conclusion. Results Eighty-seven counties involved into evaluation by themselvies, 25 counties have entirely realized stage aim,the percentage is 28.7% ,10 counties have elementary realized stage aim,the percentage is 11. 5% ,52 counties have not realized stage aim yet,the percentage is 59.8%,and inhabitants usage rate of iodited salt has not reached the standard is the main reason. Conclusions The stage aim of ellimination IDD has not been realized in Gansu Province ,however,it will realize in a short-term by continuing hard work.更多还原
