基于激振器的直线运动伺服系统
Vibrator-based Linear Motion Servo System
【摘要】 介绍了一种把激振器改造成高精度的快速直线位置定位装置的方法 ,并对改造后的装置进行了理论建模 ,所得到的模型为一个二阶的质量 -弹簧 -阻尼系统。在此基础上 ,分析了各参数对装置静态和动态性能的影响。在控制方法上 ,首先引进了速度反馈 ,以改善系统的动态响应 ;进而引入了位置反馈 ,既保证了动、静态性能 ,又提高了动、静态刚度 ,使之能用于实际生产。把该装置用于非圆振动切削 ,已取得了很好的效果。
【Abstract】 By necessary improvements,a vibrator can be used as a linear servo system with high accuracy and high frequency response.In this paper,the procedure of the improvements is firstly introduced.Then the model of the system,which is a mass-spring-damper system,is established theoretically.Based on the model,the influence of several parameters on the static and dynamic properties is analyzed.In terms of the control,a velocity feedback is used to improve the dynamic property.Combined with the velocity feedback,a displacement sensor is also used to get the system’s position feedback.As a result,performances of the system,including static accuracy,dynamic response,static and dynamic stiffness,are all satisfied.The system has been successfully used for noncircular cutting.
