无人机回收气囊的优化设计初探

【摘要】 应用优化方法对无人机回收气囊的设计作了改进 ,建立了气囊的缓冲特性优化计算模型 ,并根据气囊初步落震的实验结果对气囊参数进行了优化。优化计算采用了复合形法。应用该优化方法设计了某型号的无人机回收气囊 ,缓冲气囊的优化设计可以显著缩短研制周期 ,降低研制成本。该方法的成功应用 ,证明这是一种较为理想的气囊设计方法。

【Abstract】 Air bag forms an effectively protective cushion in the recovery of UAVs (unmanned aircraft vehicles)and has been successfully used in many types of UAVs abroad.In this paper,we improved on the design of a recovery air bag using optimum method.A model for optimal calculation of the cushioning characteristis of the bag was established.The calculation was based on the results of a preliminary air bag drop test.The expected objectives were reached only through several drop tests.The method was proved to be effective.From its successful application,it is proved that this method is a practical way of recovery air bag design.
