【摘要】 目的　研究北沙参的化学成分。方法　用硅胶柱层析 ,通过光谱数据分析确定化合物的结构。结果　从北沙参乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到 8个化合物 ,分别鉴定为法卡林二醇 (falcalindiol, )、(8E)十七碳 -1,8-二烯 - 4 ,6 -二炔 - 3,10 -二醇 [(8E) - 1,8- heptadecadiene- 4 ,6 - diyne- 3,10 - diol, ]、佛手柑内酯 (bergapten, )、蛇床克尼狄林 (cnidilin, )、花椒毒素 (xanthotoxin, )、水杨酸 (salicylic acid, )、香草酸 (vanillic acid, )、阿魏酸(ferulic acid, )。结论　化合物 和 ～ 为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To study the chemical constituents of the underground part of Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schimidt ex Miq. Methods Eight compounds were isolated from EtOAc-soluble fraction of ethanol extract of G. littoralis by repeated chromatography over silica gel. Their structures were determined on the basis of their spectral data. Results They were identified as falcalindiol (Ⅰ), (8E)-1, 8-heptadecadiene-4, 6-diyne-3, 10-diol (Ⅱ), bergapten (Ⅲ), cnidilin (Ⅳ), xanthotoxin (Ⅴ), salicylic acid (Ⅵ), vanillic acid (Ⅶ), ferulic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅵ-Ⅷ were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
