【摘要】 目的 :进行青黛水飞炮炙方法的可行性分析。方法 :采用吸附TLC、UV法对样品中靛蓝、络合滴定法对样品中石灰含量等进行定性定量检测。结果 :水飞后 3个样品的靛蓝含量提高了 10 .83%～ 16 .2 2 %、石灰含量减少了 2 7.85 %～31.4 6 %。结论 :青黛水飞炮炙是提高靛蓝、减少石灰含量的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To do a feasibility analysis of water grind processing method of Indigo Naturals. Methods: The absorption TLC and UV were used for the determination of Indigo in the sample, and complexiometry was used for the determination of lime. Results: After water grind processing, the Indigo content of three samples increases by 10.83%～16.22%, and the lime content of three samples decreases by 27.85% to 31.46%.Conclusion: The water grind processing method is an effctive one to increase the Indigo content and decrease the lime content of Indigo Naturals.更多还原
