游梁式抽油机CAD系统

【摘要】 游梁式抽油机CAD系统是以VC ++为开发平台、以SolidWorks为图形支撑软件的专用软件系统。该系统采用菜单和对话框的形式 ,具有较好的用户界面和人机交互功能。系统开发了最常用的四种机型的机构设计 ,对抽油机游梁 ,连杆在满足工作能力的条件下以耗材最少为目标进行优化设计 ,对关键零件曲柄销等进行设计校核 ,对支架采用SolidWorks设计建模 ,然后对其进行有限元强度和刚度分析。最后给出了一异相型抽油机的实例设计分析。

【Abstract】 CAD system for walking beam pumping unit is a special software with VC++ as development platform and SolidWorks as drawing software.It has good user interface and man-computer mutual function in menu and dialogue boxes.It has developed four types of organ design often used,and under the condition of meeting the working requirements of pumping units and aimed at lest material consumption,the walking beam and link are optimized and designed,and the key parts such as crankpin are designed and checkouted,and the bracket is designed in SolidWorks and taken on finite element analysis of intensity and rigidity.At last,the article gives an example of an heterogeneous pumping unit designed and analyzed.
