【Abstract】 Social unfairness is a general phenomenon in human society. It has its profound historical reasons in China. Especially the Confucian ethic thought had a deep impression on Chinese people’s morality. All these helped to bring about three obstacles in the process of carrying out the social fairness. Those are rank difference and genetic connection, obligation standard and authority. Reality is hard to resist and the Confucian scholars have no way to go but to depend on their mind. They seek the fair realm of being a man spiritually. They try to be righteous alone in the community and try to affect their behavior by ideas in order to realize the beautiful ideal of social fairness.更多还原
