【摘要】 目的和方法 :用噬菌体随机 7肽库对神经胶质瘤母细胞 (SWO - 38)进行全细胞筛选 ,并通过竞争结合实验检验所筛选出的克隆的结合特异性。结果 :经过 3轮“吸附 -洗脱 -扩增” ,噬菌体高度富集 ,并得到两个特异性较强的克隆。结论 :利用噬菌体肽库可以简便、迅速的筛选出胶质瘤细胞特异性的克隆更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM and METHODS:The Ph.D.-7 phage display library was used to isolate peptides specific for glioma SWO-38 cell by whole cell screening.Moreover,binding efficiency analysis was carried out to test the binding specificity of the clones obtained. RESULTS: After three rounds of biopanning,a high concentration of phage clones was obtained and two of them were found to be highly specific to glioma SWO-38. CONCLUSION: Highly specific clones against neurtral glioma cells can be obtained from a phage display library by simple procedures.更多还原
