【摘要】 目的　了解地塞米松局部注射治疗口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)对肾上腺功能的影响。方法　对 18例口腔粘膜糜烂型OLP患者应用地塞米松病变局部粘膜下连续注射 2周 ,用放射免疫和Perter Silber成色反应法分别测定患者治疗前后血浆中皮质醇和 2 4h尿中 17 羟类固醇 (17 OHCS)的含量。结果　本法治疗对患者肾上腺功能未产生明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　地塞米松局部注射治疗口腔OLP是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reveal the influnence on adrenal function with topical injection dexamethasone to treat oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods Eighteen patients with OLP were submucously injected dexamethasone in lesion every day for two weeks using radio immunoassay and perter siber reaction to determine the level of corticosteroid plasma and 24 hours urine 17 OHCS before and after therapy.Results There was no difference on adrenal function between before and after therapy.Conclusion The method of topical injection dexamethasone to treat OLP is safe and effective.更多还原
