BIV在人源细胞MT-4中的活性研究
The Study on BIV Activity in Human Cells MT-4
【摘要】 牛免疫缺陷病毒 (Bovineimmunodeficiencyvirus,BIV)在分类上属于反转录病毒科的慢病毒属 ,目前尚未见BIV感染人的报道。为进一步确定BIV对人源细胞的感染性 ,我们用BIV12 7cDNA转染人源细胞MT 4 ,通过RT PCR检测到BIVgag基因的转录 ,IFA则显示BIV12 7的 gag或 gag pol基因在MT 4细胞中得到了翻译 ,而RT值的测定也有力地说明BIV12 7cDNA已经在MT 4细胞内表达出有活性的反转录酶 ,但细胞传代实验表明BIV不能在MT 4细胞内复制
【Abstract】 Bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV)is a kind of Lentivirus belonging to Retrovirus ,and up to now,there is no report about its infection to human. In order to check BIV′s infection to human cells,we transfected BIV\-\{127\} cDAN into human cells MT 4. By RT PCR,we checked the transcription of BIV′s \%gag\% gene,and determined the expression of \%gag or gag pol\% gene in MT 4 cell by IFA.Reverse Transcriptase(RT)assay showed the reverse transcriptase of BIV\-\{127\} had been expressed, while cell infection experiment indicated that BIV couldn′t replicate in MT 4 cells.
