健美操课对大学生心理素质的影响
The Effect of Calisthenics on College Student’s Mentality
【摘要】 为培养大学生的心理素质 ,对 85名大学本科生在健美操课上结合身体练习进行专门的心理素质培养 ,所采取的方法有表现力训练 ,增强自信心 ,运用形体语言和词语暗示调节情绪 ,锻炼意志和增强心理稳定性 ,采用问卷调查验证训练效果 ,结果表明 :强调心理素质培养的健美课取得了理想的效果 ,健美操考试成绩优秀率由原来的 1 7.6 %提高到 41 .1 % ,在自信心、表现力、锻炼自觉性和情绪控制能力上都有显著提高
【Abstract】 The special mental exercises were conducted on 85 college students,which are combined with the body exercises,at the calisthenics lessons.It includes improving the expressive force,enhancing self_confidence,regulating feelings by body language and word hints in order to temper the students’ will and strengthen mental stability.Through the questionaire,the results showed the obvious achievements have been made since the speeial mental exercises were taken,the excellence rate in examinee was raised form 17.6% to 41.1%,their self_confidence,expressive force. The ability of feeling control and consciousness for taking training have been all developed markedly.
