【摘要】 采用机械合金化的方法 ,制备了 Fe69.5Cu1.5V7Si12 B8Al2 纳米合金样品 .研究了球磨时间对样品非晶化程度的影响 ,并测量了这些样品压结体的高频特性 .结果发现 ,球磨可形成合金化 ,随球磨时间的增加 ,样品的非晶化逐渐加强 .当球磨超过一定时间后 ,出现新的相 ,引起样品磁特性的变化 .复数磁导率实部 μ1随球磨时间 t的增加而增大 ,超过 72 h后 ,μ1开始下降 .在 4~ 1 3MHz范围内 ,μ1值随频率 f 的变化不大 .损耗角正切 tgδ随 t的增加而减小

【Abstract】 The nanometer alloy sample of Fe 69.5Cu 1.5V 7Si 12B 8Al 2 was prepared by a method of mechanical alloying. The influence of ball-milling time on amorphous character was studied and the magnetic permeabilities under different frequencies of the pressed samples were measured. The results show that an alloy may be formed by ball-milling and amorphous character is enhanced with the increasing of the milling time. New phase appears when the milling time reaches a certain time. The magnetic property changes after a period of milling time. The real part of complex magnetic permeabilities increases with milling time within 72 hours and decreases after 72 hours milling. The frequency dependence of μ 1 is not significant. In the range from 4 to 13 MHz, the loss tangent, tg δ, decreases with the increasing of milling time.
