【Abstract】 A dry-type ultrasonic vibration cleaning machine for kinescope is described.Its cleaning mechanism and method is analyzed theoretically, the standard of choosingultrasonic parameter and some problem attention of ultrasonic vibration system are ex-pounded.The ultrasonic vibration cleaning machine of the dry-type does not need anykind of cleaning agent, and its cleaning mechanism is different from that of the usualultrasonic cleaning machine.更多还原
