改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Modification Urea Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive
【摘要】 用聚乙烯醇 (PVA)、三聚氰胺在合成过程中对脲醛树脂改性的方法 ,研究了反应时间 ,PH值 ,甲醛与尿素mol比及PVA与三聚氯胺的用量对脲醛胶粘剂性能的影响 ;试验结果表明 ,在反应温度控制在 80℃ ,PVA与三聚氰胺用量为尿素与甲醛溶液总质量的 1 0 %和 5 % ,PH值为 5 0 ,甲醛、尿素mol比为 1 5时 ,合成的脲醛胶粘剂的剪切强度达到 2 99MPa ,游离醛含量为 0 0 6 3% ,耐沸水时间为 10 8min ,胶粘剂稳定性好
【Abstract】 In this paper,method of urea formaldehyde resin synthesis was introduced,which was modifide by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and melamine in synthesis process.The effects of reaction temperature,PH value,mol rate between formaldehyde and urea,dosage of PVA and melamine on properties of product were investigated.The experiment showed that its shear strength reached 2.99MPa,free formaldehyde was 0.063%,the time of boil water resistant was 108min,when reaction temperatuer was 80℃,PH value was 5.0,mol rate between formaldehyde and urea was 1.5,dosage of PVA and melamine was 1.0% and 5%.In this condition,stability of product was better.
