【摘要】 目的 :了解抗精神病药应用状况及变化趋势。方法 :采用“限定日剂量”为指标的分析方法 ,对杭州、上海、南京、武汉、成都、重庆6城市医院1997年～2001年上报“长江流域医院用药分析系统”中抗精神病药的数据资料进行统计、分析。结果 :抗精神病药的用药金额及用药频度逐年增加 ;第1代抗精神病药目前仍为市场主导 ;第2代抗精神病药应用呈逐年上升趋势。结论 :我国抗精神病药市场将会进一步扩大 ,制药行业应加大研发新型抗精神病药的力度更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current situation and developing trend of the use of antipsychotics METHODS:The data of antipsychotics in Analysis System of Drug-use in the Hospitals of the Yangtze River Valley,reported by Hangzhou,Shanghai,Nanjing,Wuhan,Chengdu and Chongqing during the period 1997～2001,were analysed by using DDD as index RESULTS:The sum of money and frequency of use of the antipsychotics were increasing year by year;The first generation antipsychotics still occupied the marketing predominance;The use of the second generation antipsychotics assumed an increasing tendency year by year CONCLUSION:The marketing of antipsychotics will further expand in China and the pharmaceutical factories should strengthen the development of new antipsychotics更多还原
