【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To objectively evaluate the domestic deproteinised calf blood injection(adegold).METHODS:The pharmacological and toxicological actions of adegold were studied and the main components and activity index of adegold were compared with those of actovegin.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:There were no significant differences between adegold and imported deproteinised calf blood injection(actovegin).Adegold is a safe and effective drug for treating ischemic and hypoxic di_ seases and has good prospects in clinical use.更多还原
