金属塑性变形极限判据
A Criterion of Plastic Deformation Limit of Metals
【摘要】 研究出金属材料塑性变形极限判据 ,它为断裂力学和失效分析提供理论依据。利用这判据 ,裂纹尖端的临界应变和相应的临界应力可以确定。在板料成形中 ,拉应力下颈缩失稳的临界应变值可以定出。节省大量试验工作
【Abstract】 A criterion of plastic deformation limit of metals is developed. It provides a theoretical base in fracture mechanics. The critical strain as well as the fracture stress at crack tip can be evaluated. In sheet metal forming processes under tensile stresses, the plastic strain limit can be evaluated. Much experimental work can be saved.
