磁性镁铝水滑石固体碱催化苯甲醛与丙二酸二乙酯的反应

【摘要】 将磁性镁铝水滑石固体碱催化苯甲醛与丙二酸二乙酯间Knoevenagel缩合反应 ,主要考察了镁铝物质的量 ,镁铁 (Ⅱ )物质的量 ,反应温度 ,反应时间 ,催化剂用量及反应物配比对反应转化率和产物收率的影响 ,寻找出无溶剂情况下磁性固体碱催化Knoevenagel缩合反应的最佳反应条件 ,利用磁场即可将磁性固体碱与反应体系进行有效分离回收

【Abstract】 In this paper, we discussed Knoevenagel condensation of benzaldehyde and diethylmalonate, which was catalyzed solid bases of magnetic Mg_Al hydrotalcites. This report mainly studied the influence of Mg/Al molar ratio, Mg/Fe(Ⅱ) molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, content of catalyst and reactant ratio on conversation and yield of product. Finally we found optimum reaction condition of Knoevenagel condensation of benzaldehyde and diethylmalonate catalyzed by magnetic solid bases without solvent, magnetic solid bases were isolated from reaction system and were recycled by magnetic field.
