【摘要】 目的:本文用CO₂激光和Nd:YAG激光治疗肛管及直肠下端尖锐湿疣,并对分布、伴发部位、激光治疗方法及疗效进行分析。方法用2％利多卡因注射液局部浸润麻醉,CO₂激光直接气化,少数病人用卤化银CO₂光纤激光或Nd:YAG气化,激光气止血。位置较深的病人在肛门镜下进行。结果28例病人经1—5次治疗,总有效率96％,安全,可靠,无并发症。结论:激光治疗尖锐湿疣被公认为简便及有效的方法之一,对肛管及直肠下端的尖锐湿疣,配光纤的激光治疗更有其独特优越性,如经窥镜下对目不可及的病灶更为简便有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To analysis the distribution, concomitant of the acumination condyloma in anal canal -lower rectum. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser treatment. Methods: Local anesthesia by lidocaine. Vaporization by CO2 laser directly or by fiber optic Agcl CO2 laser in some cases. Nd: YAG. Laser was also used in vaporization or hemostasis. Some patients with deep lesion were undertaken through anoscope. Re-sults:28 patients were treated 1 to 5 times with efficacy of 96%. The methods are safe, reliable and with no complication. Conclusions:laser therapy has been widely accepted as a simple and effective method to treat acumination condyloma. Nd:YAG laser has its unique advantage in the treatment of acumination condyloma in anal canal - lower rectum, especially its simplicity and efficacy for the lesion in lower rectum through anoscope.更多还原
