【摘要】 探讨内镜下治疗上消化道息肉的方法。方法:对106例上消化道息肉病例在治疗上采用内镜下钬激光气化。结果:106例上消化道息肉中一次性治愈率:食道息肉93％,贲门息肉80％,胃息肉98％,十二指肠球部息肉100％,食道、胃多发息肉100％。结论:内镜下铁激光治疗上消化道息肉的治疗变得简单、安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective; To observe the clinical Effect of patients with upper gastrointestional polyp Treated by Ho: YAG Laser. Methods; 106patients with upper gastrointestionsl polyp were treated by Ho:YAG laser through endoscope . Results; Of the 106 case, the cure rates of esophageal polyp was 93% , cardiac polyp 80% , gastric polyp 98% ,duodenal polyp 100%. Conclusion; The advantages of treatment by Ho; YAG laser in upper gastrointestinal polyp was simple, less pain, safty, mild postoperative reaction.更多还原
