【摘要】 目的:观察单纯CO2激光治疗女性、男性生殖器和男性肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:女性尖锐湿疣91例,肛周巨大湿疣10例,均作局部浸润麻醉。男性尖锐湿疣100例作阴茎根部阻滞麻醉。以输出功率5~10W的CO2激光烧灼,使病损组织凝固、碳化、气化。结果:91例女性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者,一次治愈率为41%,10例男性肛周巨大湿疣者,一次治愈率为40%。100例男性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者,一次治愈率为84%。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To observe effectiveness of treatment for condyloma acuminata with CO2 laser to female, male patients with genital pointed condyloma and male patients with anus pointed condyloma. Method: A local infiltration anesthesia was engaged in 91 cases of females with genital pointed condyloma and 10 cases of males with anus pointed condyloma, and a compression anesthesia was conducted on the penis roots of 100 cases of male with genital pointed condyloma. CO2 laser with 5-10W output power was focused on skin lesion until it was singed. Results: Among 91 cases of females with genital pointed condyloma, the cure rate was 42%. Among 10 cases of males with anus pointed condyloma, the cure rate was 40%. Among 100 cases of males with genital pointed condyloma, the cure rate was 84%.更多还原
