癸酸钕顺丁橡胶扩试胶样的性能
The Properties of cis-Polybutadiene Rubber Obtained with Neodymium Caprate Catalyst in Enlarged Scale
【摘要】 研究了癸酸钕催化聚合顺丁橡胶的扩试胶样的性能。结果表明 ,改变聚合条件不仅导致聚合物分子链结构变化 ,降低分子量及其分子量分布 ,而且也会影响生胶和硫化胶的性能。此批胶样拉伸强度虽不高 ,但耐磨、生热、抗湿滑等动态性能良好。
【Abstract】 The properties of cis- 1,4-polybutadiene rubber obtained with neodymium caprate catalysts in enlarged scale are reported. The results showed that modifying agent not only affects the macromolecular chain structure, reduces molecular weight and molecular weight distribution(MWD) of the raw rubber, but also the properties of the vulcanizate therefrom. The vulcanizate has tensile strength of about 15 MPa, but good abrasion resistance, heat build-up and wet skid resistance as well as lower rolling resistance.
